Vocal V.I.B.E. coaching offers a journey of self-healing through singing, songwriting, and somatic practices, where each Part of you is welcomed as a unique member of your Inner Family Band. Together, we’ll blend holistic vocal pedagogy, Internal Family Systems, somatic stress release, tarot, and embodied astrology to align your voice with your true essence.

In a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed space, you’ll come home to your Self energy, allowing your voice to become a powerful agent of healing and transformation. It’s time to reclaim your voice, connect with your vibe, and let your cosmic rhythm be expressed.

Vocal Vibe Circle is an intimate, trauma-informed support group for neurodivergent and neuroqueer creatives exploring identity, voice, and healing through the lens of Internal Family Systems, vocal somatic regulation, and embodied astrology. This is not a class, but a container for slow unmasking, spiritual reflection, and soft community.

Each week we gather to:

✨Engage in gentle group Parts dialogue

✨Practice somatic grounding and vocal noticing

✨Use astrological transits as mirrors for the collective and individual system

✨Witness and be witnessed in a space that honors every Part of your Inner Family.

Membership Details:

Circle is ongoing, with up to 10 members at a time

Members pay a monthly subscription and may stay as long as it feels supportive

New members join by application and intake only

This is a closed container to preserve safety, depth, and consistency

We ask for 1 month’s notice before exiting the circle to honor group integrity

Self Care-aoke is a playful, no-pressure space to sing your heart out, vibe with community, and let music move what words can’t. Each month we follow the zodiac season with a themed playlist that channels the cosmic energy into sound and song. No judgement or industry standards - just bring your voice, your presence, and your authentic vibes.

✨ Next month’s theme: Libra Season — balance, peace, love, justice, and a little shadow of people-pleasing + indecision. Think songs like “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” that capture the vibe.
